Our Season
In their rookie season, the Indiana Drones made an incredible impact, earning the prestigious Champion’s Award at qualifiers. This award recognizes the team that best embodies the FLL experience across all judging categories. The team continued their success at sectionals with the Robot Design Award, then capped off their amazing season by winning the Motivate Award at the Illinois State Championship!
Innovation Project
The Indiana Drones designed a delivery robot that can help archaeologists with supplies in tight spaces and caves. The robot navigates confined environments where it’s difficult for people to carry equipment, making fieldwork safer and more efficient.
